Training is done in my personal gym or outside by the Lake, so no memberships required. Best ‘gym’ view in town, but sadly you won’t have much time to enjoy it ;)
I also offer "*in home Personal Training" so you don't have to go anywhere, I come to you.

Training is specific to the individual’s (men or women) personal Goals & current Fitness Level. I train a very wide variety of clientele, ranging from 23 y/o guys – 35, 45, 50, & 60 y/o guys..... & fabulous gals from 18- 60 years old. THIS IS FOR ANYONE! YOUR TIME IS NOW.
We have Dumbbells, TRX Suspension Trainers, Kettle Bells, Yoga Balls, BOSU Balls, Steppers, Medicine Balls, & loads of other equipment to whip you into shape ;)
